Sinopsis

En "De la fecundación al caos: un viaje neurofilosófico a través de la conducta humana", el autor nos invita a emprender un recorrido íntimo y riguroso por las complejidades de la conducta humana, combinando el enfoque neurocientífico con una mirada filosófica profundamente reflexiva. Lejos de ofrecer recetas simplistas, este libro busca —con un estilo accesible y cercano— explicar los procesos que moldean nuestra mente, desde la concepción hasta la adultez, revelando cómo el pensamiento simbólico, la biología y el entorno se entrelazan en la construcción de lo que somos. Cada capítulo aborda un aspecto clave del desarrollo humano: la configuración cerebral desde antes del nacimiento, las diferencias entre sexos, la plasticidad infantil, el papel de las emociones, la ansiedad, el placer y sus posibles derivaciones adictivas. A través de preguntas provocadoras y referencias científicas sólidas, el autor propone una lectura crítica del conocimiento común, destacando la importancia de la ciencia como herramienta de autocomprensión y adaptación en un mundo saturado de estímulos, desinformación y desigualdades cognitivas. Más que un tratado técnico, este libro es una guía de autoconocimiento que apuesta por la divulgación científica sin perder profundidad. En su estilo resalta el equilibrio entre lo pedagógico y lo poético, lo riguroso y lo humano. Con ello, el autor logra su cometido: despertar la curiosidad, estimular el pensamiento crítico y ofrecer estrategias para entender (y tal vez habitar mejor) nuestra propia mente en medio del caos.
